Gallery Visits

After being inspired by the artist John James Audubon to draw and paint pictures of birds, the children had the opportunity to see his original artwork at the Natural History Museum.

We took part in Sky Arts Wok.  The theme was 'identity'.  The children produced 2D and 3D mark making and explored other areas of arts such as photography.   Here are some examples of the marvellous work from Year 1 to Year 6. 

     

 

 

 

 

Careers in Art

We were delighted to have a writer and illustrator, Madison Rowley,  visit us in October 2022 and share her illustrations.  She also demonstrated to the classes her drawing skills and some of the children had a chance to draw their own Ziggy the Zebra.
